Parmesan Spaghetti
This is very easy, and quite satisfying.
At home:
Put an adequate amount of spaghetti noodles, broken in
half, in a baggie. (And who ever can figure out how much
spaghetti to bring?)
We use Barilla Plus because of the extra
protein and good flavor.
Put 2 oz virgin cold pressed olive oil in a small plastic jar
Get one small container of parmesan cheese, shelf stable
On the trail:
Cook the spaghetti, add oil and cheese liberally. If you are
feeling very gourmet, bring some dried basil pesto sauce
and add it.
